Manager
To £45K Basic
Our client is a very established Contact Centre Outsourcer with sites across
the UK. This is an important position within their Coventry operation dedicated
to a large Financial Services client. As Senior Manager within the Customer
Services team, you will motivate your staff to drive optimum performance by
providing clear goals and motivation. You will hold weekly performance reviews
and provide reports for the business on performance, quality, planning,
Customer Experience and Systems performance. Working closely with HR, you will
ensure that the business is retaining and attracting the right calibre of
talent and that opportunities exist for their continual development. In terms
of who you are - you will have an exceptional background within multi channel
contact centre management, ideally this will be within the banking or credit
card market with some exposure to outsourcing |
