Contact Centre Delivery

To £45K Basic
Our client is a national institution with a large and varied product portfolio
including Financial Services. They use a number of outsourced partners to
deliver predominantly sales, up-sales, cross sales and retention activity.
Working as part of a larger team, this role involves delivering maximum
customer value through Customer Experience activities supporting their
Financial Services products within the Contact Centre Channel. You will
translate brand values into the Contact Centres and deliver sales, retention
and life time value targets. In conjunction with outsourced partners, you will
plan and oversee campaigns and analyse results, producing improvement plans
where necessary. Finally, you will support thought leadership and the
implementation of industry initiatives for the development of the overall
Customer Experience. In terms of candidates, we're looking for experienced
Contact Centre professionals from a Financial Services background. You will
have had a broad remit covering both Sales (outbound/inbound) and ideally
Retention and Services. You will be familiar with working in a multi channel
environment and will possess first rate project and management skills. Prior
experience of working with outsourced partners would be advantageous as would
working across a number of departments internally, especially Marketing.
