Resource Planning Manager - Part
Time
To £30K Pro Rata
Our client is a large Contact Centre Outsourcer with two London based sites
making outbound calls on behalf of a range of clients. Reporting into the
Operations Director, the key responsibilities of your role will be to forecast
capacity, drive agent recruitment, schedule client campaigns and report to the
business once delivery is completed. You will maintain a multi site capacity
forecast, schedule telemarketing campaigns across sites and produce
daily/weekly/monthly reports for the business. Candidates will come from a
resource planning background in an outbound dialler led environment. This is a
part time role working 25 hours per week flexible to suit business needs;
provisionally, a morning role with requirement for one full day a week. London. |
