bring its clients actionable customer engaging programs. They operate from the
UK & USA with people based in and around London, San Francisco, Minneapolis and
Boston. Their combined clients have over 60 million customers and combined
sales of over $120 billion.
As Senior Customer Analyst you will be responsible for producing analysis that
is timely and insightful. You will be able to complete this work with limited
guidance and will take a key role in the design of analysis projects.
Initially you will primarily be working with a major US supermarket chain, so
some travel to the US may be involved.You will also work with a variety of
other clients over time.
Segmentation, targeting models and predictive modelling will be some of the
tools you’ll have at your disposal to achieve this.You will be committed to
delivering implementable solutions, not just facts or insight. Your analytical
expertise will be a key ingredient in driving this process further, whilst you
will reap the benefit of this experience in developing your own skills.
Key requisites are to be Innovative and to develop new analytical solutions to
business problems: Experience of communicating complex topics clearly and
effectively to a non analytical audience: Familiarity with retail, and
particularly supermarket retail data would be beneficial.

Salary of between £40k to £55k commensurate with experience. Both roles are immediate with Start
Dates as close to the New Year as possible.
