Head of Organisational Development and
Training
To £55K Basic
This is a new role that has come about through the consolidation of
Organisational Development and Training. Heading up a team of Trainers spread
across a multi site Contact Centre operation, you will provide a strategic
vision and a strong leadership to the business area, You will oversee the
development of content in conjunction with your team and still be hands on
enough to deliver. In terms of management development, some ad-hoc pieces
exist, this needs development and the business are looking at introducing ILM.
You will also develop the existing succession and talent management strategy,
Following staff survey reports, the role holder will also oversee the
implementation of organisational development plans. You will be a senior level
OD professional with experience of managing training across multi site contact
centre operations. A background in banking/credit cards or outsourcing would be
