Customer Experience
Manager

Our client is a very established Outsourced Contact Centre supplier with sites
across the UK. Due to a new client win, they will be establishing a new
operation in Newcastle which will be dedicated to the new Financial Services
client. Subsequently they are recruiting a new management team to manage the
site and ensure first rate programme delivery.
It will be the role of the Customer Experience Manager to ensure that the
operation delivers meets and, where possible, exceeds customer requirements and
is fulfilled through qualitative review of the operation and its impact on
customers. It will be the responsibility of the role holder to represent the
voice of the Customer within the contact centre operation and to use customer
insight data to identify and implement change as and when needed within the
operation. In terms of who you are, a background in contact centre and quality
management is a prerequisite, experience of the Financial Services Sector and
Outsourcing would be a definite benefit. Newcastle. |
