Fundraising Team Manager To £24.5K Basic (OTE £29K)
Our client is a well known Telephone Fundraising agency delivering multi
channel Fundraising solutions to their Charity client base.They have a very
quality driven approach to telephone fundraising which consistently delivers
them exceptional results and new business. Due to growth, they are looking to
recruit an additional experienced Team Manager from a Telemarketing background.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Motivate teams of Fundraisers to deliver excellent results
2. Monitor KPIs including contacts per hour, gift value and conversion of
contacts
3. Maximise logged-on time of Fundraisers
4. Coaching and development of Fundraisers
5. Daily reporting back to Fundraising Centre Manager and client teams
6. Use and analyse management reports
7. Spend time calling on campaigns where necessary or beneficial
In terms of background, candidates must have experience of working as a Team
Lead/Manager in an outbound Telemarketing/Sales environment, ideally (but not
essentially)Telephone Fundraising. Experience of working in a campaign led
operation would also be useful. London.
