Project
Manager
To £50,000 + Benefits
Our client is a global outsourcer who specialise in running managed services
for large Financial Services organisations. They provide services in the
customer service, complaints, correspondence, fraud, disputes, chargeback’s,
collections and debt management service lines, for both consumer and commercial
customers. They are looking to add a further Project Manager to their UK team
to head up the management and delivery of complex multi disciplinary projects
within an outsourced contact centre environment (our client has a number of
sites in the UK). Key responsibilities will include the following:
Key decision making in terms of project specifics
Management of all aspects of projects, contributing to the team and ensuring
continuous improvement on the implementation process
Day to day running and delivery of project plans and team leadership
In terms of who we are looking for, you will be an experienced Project Manager
(ideally with PM qualifications) with a background in contact centres and prior
experience of new operational set up. Prior experience of contact centre
outsourcing would be a real plus. Candidates will also need to have recent
experience in either the debit or credit card markets. Milton Keynes.
