Campaign Data and Reporting
Manager

Our client is a well established contact centre outsourcer with two sites in
London. Due to a re-structure they are looking to recruit a Campaign Data and
Reporting Manager.The role holder will play a key role in providing timely and
accurate exports to their clients. They will take responsibility for the
reputation of data exports required to look for continuous improvement in the
export process. Key responsibilities include:
· Following the Data Lifecycle to ensure accurate campaigns and
reporting set up and quality of service to the client
· Continuously look to improve practices both individually and within
the team.
· Manage client relationships to a high standard
· Be aware and adhere to Data Protection Act 1991 and BS7799 Data
Security.
Candidates will have a proven record in data management and developing reports.
You will also need
Advanced MS Access, HTML and SQL skills especially SSRS. In terms of sector,
some experience of a contact centre environment in a data management role is an
essential. London.
