Customer Communications Project Manager - Six Month
Contract £45-50K Pro Rata
Our client is a well known Charity with an established Supporter Services and
Careline operation. Due to a new corporate partnership, they are expecting a
sizeable increase of volume into the operation and need to implement a good
number of changes to prepare for this. They have had a review carried out of
the existing structure and in terms of service improvement, there are a number
if key areas that need re-engineering. The Project Manager's role will be to
scope and implement these changes within budget and to timescales. We're
looking for a highly experienced Project Manager who has led large scale change
programmes within a Customer Services and has previously delivered a Customer
Care Strategy. Experience of working within the NFP sector would be useful but
candidates could also come from a Commercial environment. London. |
