Trainer
To £25K Basic
Our client is a very established Outsourced Contact Centre supplier with sites
across the UK. Due to a new client win, they will be establishing a new
operation in Newcastle which will be dedicated to the new Financial Services
client. Subsequently they are recruiting a new management team to manage the
site and ensure first rate programme delivery.
This is an important role within the establishment and ongoing management of
the operation, The role holder will be responsible for delivering training
programmes to both agents and managers that inspire them to deliver exceptional
customer service. You will design and deliver training programs that encourage
learning, identify personal development plans and support ongoing coaching.
We're looking for an experienced Contact Centre Trainer with design and
delivery expertise. You will come from a Customer Service background and in an
ideal world will have experience of Financial Services or Outsourcing.
