Customer Services Operations
Manager £Negotiable
dependent on experience
Our client is a very established Outsourced Contact Centre supplier with sites
across the UK. Due to a new client win, they will be establishing a new
operation in Newcastle which will be dedicated to the new Financial Services
client. Subsequently they are recruiting a new management team to manage the
site and ensure first rate programme delivery.
Managing through a team of Team Managers, it is the Operations Manager's
responsibility to ensure that productivity and performance targets are met
across all Customer Service teams. You will play a key role in the initial set
up of the operation, supporting the project plan to set up operations according
to agreed timescales and budget, From there, it will be your remit to manage
the Customer Services area and ensure through regular process reviews that the
operation is hitting its service level targets and making improvements where
necessary.
In terms of who you are - you will be a very experienced Contact Centre Manager
with a background in delivering exceptional Customer Services. Ideally this
will be within Financial Services and/or Outsourcing. Newcastle upon Tyne.
