Leaders
To £25K + Bonus + Shift Allowance
Our client is a very well known Financial Services company with market leading
brands. Due to growth, they are looking to recruit a number of Team Leaders for
their site in the Cambridgeshire This Contact Centre is part of multi site
operation handling the sales and service of both own and partner brands. Key
responsibilities for the Team Leads include the following:
To monitor and manage Team achievement of KPIs.
Review and measure performance on recorded contacts for Team in line with
Company procedures.
Hold monthly one to one meetings to review individual performance and personal
development plans in line with Company procedures.
To manage all instances of underperformance and misconduct in line with company
procedures and seek advice/support where appropriate.
Ensure all business related communication is cascaded appropriately and in a
timely manner.To manage escalation of difficult issues before formal complaints
are generated. Handle verbal complaints in line with company procedures.
Consistently demonstrate understanding of how the principle of TCF impacts the
role and is embedded in company culture
These are fantastic roles within a leading organisation with a track record of
promoting and developing talent. We are looking for experienced Team Leaders
with a background in either Sales (inbound) or Service who can demonstrate a
track record of success in achieving results through their team. Previous
Financial Services sector experience would be great but is a non essential. |
